Élyane Célis is a Belgian singer and actress born on 10 April 1914 in Ixelles, Belgium.
Élyane Célis arrived in Paris in 1928 at the age of 14. Her real professional beginnings date from May 1935 at the cabaret El Garron in Paris. She married Marcel Delmas, author and composer, songwriter of many songs including the operetta "Un soir à Vienne".
Elyane Célis will be noticed by Henri Varna who hired her in her magazine of the Casino de Paris "Parade du monde" in 1935. She recorded her first success "Piroulirouli" from this magazine starring Maurice Chevalier.
